The client’s immigration platforms required users to manually enter passport and identity document details, resulting in frequent typing errors, government rejections, and high mobile form abandonment. Since Azure Form Recognizer hadno native integration with WordPress or Gravity Forms, the entire OCR workflow needed to be custom-built from scratch.
We developed a reusable AI-powered WordPress plugin that scans identity documents, extracts structured data using Azure Form Recognizer, and automatically fills Gravity Forms fields in real time. The solution now powers multiple immigration platforms with faster, more accurate, and mobile-friendly application workflows.
