The client’s immigration platforms relied on WordPress wp_mail for critical application emails, but delivery was unreliable — important emails containing continuation links, status updates, and PDF documents often landed in spam or failed silently. Standard Brevo plugins were not designed for custom transactional workflows triggered by application events.We developed a direct Brevo API integration inside the platform’s custom WordPress ecosystem, enabling reliable transactional email delivery, automated contact management, and real-time attribute updates across multiple immigration platforms and form systems
