First Pass Airport Services operates a luxury chauffeur service for London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, where pricing depends on real-time travel distance and vehicle-specific mileage rules. Since no existing WordPress solution could calculate live distance inside forms and dynamically adjust pricing, the booking process required a fully custom implementation. To solve this, we developed a custom WordPress plugin integrating Google Maps Distance Matrix API with Forminator forms, enabling real-time mileage calculation, dynamic per-mile pricing, Stripe payments, and an admin approval workflow. The final system now automates complex booking calculations while delivering a seamless luxury booking experience.
